About me
I'm Emily, an experienced executive assistant, project manager and senior administrator. With more than 14 years' small business experience, I've worked closely with Founders and Directors across: office management, executive assistance, HR administration, project management and general administration.
Combined with my extensive experience I have a BA in Business Management, and CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
I understand that bringing someone into the detail and daily operations of your business is a big step. That’s why I’m committed to providing exceptional support with a strong emphasis on respect and trust - my personal values. I take pride in being organised, reliable and time focused.
With a keen eye for detail and love of problem solving, I work with my clients to make their workload more manageable, by lightening their load and refining systems and processes. As one client shared, "I honestly can’t believe how much less stress I feel each day with my workload."

With a desire to free up more small business owners from the burden of their admin, I founded Emily Huggins Virtual Assistance. Providing remote business support through executive assistance, admin and project management/support.
“Emily is an incredible support to me as a business owner and with managing the thousand other things I do. She is always calm, super-smart, incredibly organised and the fastest worker I know."

Supporting your business
Having worked in more than one, I understand that running a small business can be challenging, with never ending tasks on the to-do list, working long hours, and juggling multiple roles.
Delegating your necessary though time consuming admin gives you time back to do the work you love and focus on your goals and business growth.

As well as saving time it can make your business life easier and save money. Clients find what they gain from focusing on their core work outweighs the cost of their support, so delegating their admin is a sensible business decision.
Working with a VA also provides a reliable support system if you don't have a team by your side.

"Emily has been an amazing addition to my business. She stepped in and immediately made my life so much easier. She’s always two steps ahead with what needs to be done, is extremely efficient, and it’s been so nice having someone organised take care of the tasks I’m not so good at. I’m so grateful to have found her."

“Nothing is too much trouble. She’s never dropped the ball, or missed anything and can turn her hand to most things. I’m very often heard to say ‘everyone needs an Emily’. The time I save to focus on core business whilst she sorts out the detail is invaluable and I hope our working relationship continues for many more years!"
