About me
I'm Emily, an experienced executive assistant, project manager and senior administrator, with many years of small business experience. I’ve worked alongside Founders and Directors on everything from office management and executive assistance to project coordination. I also hold a BA in Business Management and CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
I know that bringing someone into the day-to-day operations of your business is a big step. That's why I focus on providing support built on trust, respect, and reliability - my personal values.

With a keen eye for detail and love of problem solving, I help small business owners turn chaos into calm, so they can focus on growth without the stress of doing it all themselves.
I work with clients remotely, combining admin and project coordination to give them time and space to focus on their business, while still keeping things personal; whether that’s catch up calls or the occasional in-person meeting

Here’s how one client described the difference:
"I honestly can’t believe how much less stress I feel each day with my workload."
“Emily is an incredible support to me as a business owner and with managing the thousand other things I do. She is always calm, super-smart, incredibly organised and the fastest worker I know."

Supporting your business
Running a small business often means long hours and constant demands. I work closely with founders who are great at what they do but are often stretched too thin. While they’re not ready for a team, they need trusted, experienced help to manage operations behind the scenes, so they can focus on growing their business.
The way I work offers a cost-effective solution: reliable, flexible support when it's needed, without the commitment of hiring an employee.

By handling day-to-day work, I free up the time and headspace to focus on what matters. Delegating admin is a smart business decision, and my clients consistently find that the value they gain far outweighs the cost.

Even without a dedicated team, having the right support in place means their business can run smoothly without needing to manage every detail themselves. That’s where I come in.
I tailor my services to what you need. Here's some of the ways I can help:

"Emily has been an amazing addition to my business. She stepped in and immediately made my life so much easier. She’s always two steps ahead with what needs to be done, is extremely efficient, and it’s been so nice having someone organised take care of the tasks I’m not so good at. I’m so grateful to have found her."

“Nothing is too much trouble. She’s never dropped the ball, or missed anything and can turn her hand to most things. I’m very often heard to say ‘everyone needs an Emily’. The time I save to focus on core business whilst she sorts out the detail is invaluable and I hope our working relationship continues for many more years!"
